To Kill a Mockingbird is Aaron Sorkin’s stage adaptation of Harper Lee’s novel, returning to the West End for a strictly limited summer season. Set in 1934 Alabama, it follows lawyer Atticus Finch as he urges kindness and empathy in his children, then finds himself pushed to the limit when he sets out to uncover the truth in a town determined to hide it.
The novel was inspired by Harper Lee’s own childhood, has sold more than 45 million copies worldwide, won the Pulitzer Prize for Literature and was long at the top of the banned book lists. The production has had successful Broadway and West End runs and is currently touring across the UK and Ireland.
Running time: approximately 2 hours 50 minutes including an interval.
