

Fresh off a sold out show at Onyx, South African house music pioneer Sun-El Musician returns to London with his biggest headline show yet with a takeover of Village Underground on Saturday 16 May. Known for blending traditional African rhythms with contemporary electronic production, the Johannesburg-based artist has established himself as a leading voice in the global house music scene. His breakthrough single "Akanamali" featuring Samthing Soweto became a continental anthem, while subsequent releases have consistently topped charts across Africa and beyond. Sun-El Musician's live performances translate his studio craft into immersive experiences that connect dancefloors worldwide. This marks his return to London's underground music circuit, presenting an opportunity to witness his evolved sound in one of the capital's most respected venues. Joining him on the night is Golden Lady the South African born DJ, a music and culture curator that prides herself in expanding the reach of African spiritual sounds abroad whilst adding her unique flare of deep soulful melodies as well London based talent Logic Senya.
