The Hunger Games On Stage at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre is the first-ever theatre adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ internationally acclaimed book and Lionsgate’s motion picture. Arriving in London in 2025, it brings the story of Katniss Everdeen to the stage in a new live production.
The creative team includes award-winning playwright Conor McPherson (Girl from the North Country, The Weir) and director Matthew Dunster (2:22 A Ghost Story, Hangmen, The Pillowman). The production follows Katniss Everdeen as she defies the odds in a story of courage, hope and human spirit.
Running time: Act 1 1 hour 07 mins, interval 20 mins, Act 2 1 hour 08 mins.
This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe. It also includes depictions of murder and manslaughter, plus references to death, grief and guilt. A good guide is to check whether you and your party are comfortable with the level of content in The Hunger Games films; the venue recommends ages 12 and over. Under 3s are not permitted, and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Cancellation policy: no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
