The Hunger Games On Stage at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre brings Suzanne Collins’ The Hunger Games and Lionsgate’s motion picture to the stage for the first time. Arriving in London in 2025, it follows Katniss Everdeen as she defies the odds in a story of courage, hope and survival.
The production is created by an award-winning team, with playwright Conor McPherson and director Matthew Dunster. It is the first-ever theatre adaptation of the internationally acclaimed book and film story.
Running time: Act 1 is 1 hour 07 minutes, there is a 20-minute interval, and Act 2 is 1 hour 08 minutes.
This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe. It also includes depictions of murder and manslaughter, and references to death, grief and guilt. No under 3s are permitted. A guide age is 12+, and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
