About Oh, Mary!

Oh, Mary! at Trafalgar Theatre, London is a dark comedy by Cole Escola, directed by Sam Pinkleton. It follows Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln's assassination, with unrequited yearning, alcoholism and suppressed desires at the centre of the story.

The play received Tony Awards for Best Leading Actor in a Play and Best Direction of a Play. The New York Times described it as one of the best comedies in years.

For the London transfer, Mason Alexander Park leads the cast as Mary Todd Lincoln.

Running time: 1 hour 20 minutes, with no interval.

Kate O'Donnell plays Mary's Chaperone, Oliver Stockley plays Mary's Husband's Assistant, Dino Fetscher plays Mary's Teacher, and Giles Terera plays Mary's Husband. Catherine Tate will no longer perform in Oh, Mary! at the Trafalgar Theatre.
