

Oh, Mary! at the Trafalgar Theatre is a dark comedy by Cole Escola, directed by Sam Pinkleton, set in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. It follows Mary Todd Lincoln as the play examines her forgotten life and dreams through unrequited yearning, alcoholism and suppressed desires.
The production has received Tony Awards for Best Leading Actor in a Play (Cole Escola) and Best Direction of a Play (Sam Pinkleton). The New York Times described it as one of the best comedies in years.
Running time: 1 hour 20 minutes, with no interval.
