The Tiger Who Came To Tea at Haymarket, London is a musical play adapted and directed by David Wood, based on the book by Judith Kerr. Based on Britain’s best-loved picture book, it returns to the West End for Summer 2026.
The story begins as Sophie and her mummy sit down to tea and the doorbell rings. What arrives is a big, stripy tiger, and the show follows the teatime mayhem that comes with it. The production includes magic, sing-along songs and clumsy chaos, bringing the classic tale to the stage.
