Grace Pervades at the Haymarket in London is a new play by David Hare about Sir Henry Irving, the greatest actor of the Victorian age, and Ellen Terry, the most loved and best paid actress of the day. Ralph Fiennes plays Irving and Miranda Raison plays Terry in a story about their work together at the Lyceum Theatre and the relationship that changed theatre forever.
The production comes fresh from a sell-out season at the Theatre Royal Bath. It is directed by Jeremy Herrin, with design by Bob Crowley, and brings together a story rooted in theatre history with a cast and creative team led by Olivier Award-winning talent.
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes, including a 20 minute interval.
