Disney's Hercules at Theatre Royal Drury Lane is a musical inspired by the animated film and based on the ancient myth. Set in Ancient Greece, it follows Hercules, who is neither fully god nor mortal, as he tries to save the world from Hades.
The production features music by Alan Menken, lyrics by David Zippel, a brand-new book by Robert Horn and Kwame Kwei-Armah, and co-choreography by Tanisha Scott. It is directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw.
The story brings together gods, mortals, adventure, self-discovery and love.
