About DEEP-HEAT RIVALRY
DEEP-HEAT RIVALRY at The Other Palace is a new parody set in the high-stakes world of professional ice hockey. It follows sworn enemies Shane Hollandaise and Ilya Stroganoff, two outrageously talented superstars whose on-ice clashes have become the stuff of legend.
Behind the bruises, body checks and rivalry, the pair are secretly and inconveniently in love. The show combines locker-room drama, forbidden romance, parody songs and comedy, with a score that moves from power ballad to party pop.
Written and directed by Oliver-nominated Trevor Ashley, it is loosely inspired by a hit TV series and is described as a full-contact comedy with full-frontal nudity.
Running time: 1 hour 15 minutes. Age guidance: 18+.
