The Boiler House is a stunning, industrial brick warehouse venue. Located on Brick Lane in East London, the Brewery’s Boiler House is situated under the landmark Truman Chimney.
The venue is very bright with extremely high ceilings, large windows, skylights and many original features including the famous 49 m high Truman Chimney. The historic chimney stack comes down into the centre of the 7,750 sq ft room.
The space benefits from its original quarry tiled floor and a large rear courtyard area. The venue is ideal for hosting parties, gala dinners, exhibitions and smaller trade shows. The Boiler House is one of the most original venues in London.
Location
Boiler House is situated on the most 'happening street' in Spitalfields. It has a great address on 152 Brick Lane which means it is slap bang in the centre of Brick Lane. Footfall is amazing here.
Access
Main entrances are via 2 double doors from Brick Lane so your footfall is sorted. Back access is via Brick Lane Car Park for unloading which makes it a joy for a get-in.

Boiler House has 2 double doors on Brick Lane which gives you the option to have one 'in' and one 'out' door if needed. The courtyard in the back of the venue is perfect for getting a few cars in or it could be used for barbecues, catering, as a smoking area or for day events. The courtyard has the added advantage of backing onto the Brick Lane Car Park.
