The Gruffalo is at Nimax Theatres. Tall Stories’ musical adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s classic picture book follows Mouse on a daring search for hazelnuts through the deep dark wood.
On the way, Mouse meets the cunning Fox, the eccentric old Owl and the high-spirited Snake, and tells the story of the terrifying Gruffalo to avoid becoming dinner. The production is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
It combines songs and laughs with the woodland story that has made the show a familiar choice for children and their grown-ups.

Before you book
Children aged 14 and below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and the child and adult must sit next to each other. This applies to all productions at Nimax Theatres.
