About

About Disney's The Lion King

Disney's The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, London, is Disney’s internationally celebrated musical, reimagined by acclaimed director Julie Taymor. The stage production brings the story of Simba to the theatre, following his journey from wide-eyed cub to his destined role as King of the Pridelands.

The show combines the familiar story from Disney’s film with a stage presentation that uses colour, effects and music. It is presented as a theatrical event at one of London’s major West End venues.

Running time: 2 hours and 30 minutes including one interval. Performances run Tuesday to Saturday at 7.30pm, with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2.30pm.
