About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier below the lastminute.com London Eye. This award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise is a circular journey with no stops, taking you along the River Thames past some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks before returning to the pier.

On board, expert guides provide commentary that brings the city’s history and landmarks to life, including the Millennium Bridge, the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge. The cruise ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience. It is suitable in all weathers, with both covered and sun deck seating.

Key facts: Duration 40 minutes. Audio commentary is available on a first come, first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin. The price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Before you book

Timed entry: your exact admission time will be confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

Age guidance: infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Accessibility and refunds: the attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you are travelling in a wheelchair, it is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

Getting there: The London Eye Pier is below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
