About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier below The London Eye and is an award-winning sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. This is the river cruise only, and the price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

The 40-minute circular cruise takes you past the Houses of Parliament to Tower Bridge and back. On board commentary covers landmarks including the Millennium Bridge, with the facts and humour presented by the guides.

The cruise runs in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. A souvenir guide map is included, and audio commentary is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Age and tickets: Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Timed entry applies, and your exact admission time will be confirmed at checkout and on your voucher.

Arrival and access: Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time on your e-ticket, and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters are not admitted.

Tickets and changes: There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk, and Westminster is also nearby.
