The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye and offers an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the river. It is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The London Eye pier only.

The cruise travels past the Houses of Parliament and to Tower Bridge and back, with commentary from the guides on board. Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.

Suitable in all weathers, the boat has covered and sun deck seating. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Key facts: 40 minutes; timed entry applies and the exact admission time is confirmed at checkout and on your voucher; this ticket does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 and under go free, but still need a reserved ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Show your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before boarding.

There are no refunds or exchanges after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only 3 wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. To arrange a wheelchair timeslot in advance, email customer.services@londoneye.com and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The pier is below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest station, about a 5-minute walk. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
