The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier, below the London Eye, and takes you on a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise along the River Thames. It is an award-winning cruise that shows central London from the river, with views towards landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge.
On board, expert guides share commentary with facts and light humour, covering places such as the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and other riverside landmarks. Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.
Key facts: 40-minute circular cruise, with no stops and boarding and disembarking only at The London Eye Pier. The ticket does not include a flight on The London Eye.
Timed entry applies as selected, and the exact admission time will be confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.
Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be on the cruise at one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, email customer.services@londoneye.com after booking and quote your order reference.

The pier is below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk, across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby.
