The London Eye River Cruise departs from the London Eye Pier below The lastminute.com London Eye. It is an award-winning sightseeing cruise on the Thames that takes in London’s riverside landmarks from the water, with expert guides on board.
The commentary covers places including the Millennium Bridge, the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, alongside facts and stories about the route. The cruise is designed as a relaxed way to see the city from the river.
The cruise has covered and sun deck seating, so it is suitable in all weathers. Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.
Duration: 40 minutes. Format: circular cruise without stops, boarding and disembarking only at The London Eye Pier. Commentary: audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Admission is timed, with the exact entry time confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present the e-ticket either printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.
Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The ticket price does not include a flight on The London Eye.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. The cruise is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on board at any one time. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye Pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby.
