About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from the London Eye Pier below the London Eye in Westminster. This award-winning sightseeing cruise takes you along the Thames past some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, with expert guides providing live commentary throughout the trip.

The route passes landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with facts and stories about the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter locations and the history of the city’s riverside sights. Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.

Audio commentary is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Key facts: 40-minute circular cruise, with boarding and disembarking at The London Eye pier only. Suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. The price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Before you book

Timed entry applies and the exact admission time will be confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. There are no refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be accommodated on the cruise at any one time and mobility scooters are not admitted. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The London Eye Pier, London Eye, Riverside building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB.

The nearest Tube station is Waterloo, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
