The London Eye River Cruise at The London Eye Pier is an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. Departing from below the London Eye, it takes in riverside landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with expert guides providing commentary throughout.

The cruise is a circular route without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The London Eye Pier only. It is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating, and the ticket includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages as well as access to The London Eye 4D experience.

Please note that the price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Duration: 40 minutes. Audio commentary: available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Timed entry applies, and your exact admission time will be confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before boarding.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under go free, but still need a ticket. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be on the cruise at any one time. After booking, wheelchair users are advised to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to reserve a timeslot. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The pier is below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
