The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier below The lastminute.com London Eye and is an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the river. It is a circular cruise without stops, taking in riverside views and landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge before returning to the pier.
On board, expert guides provide live commentary with facts about landmarks such as the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the Houses of Parliament. Audio commentaries are also available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
The ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience. With covered and sun deck seating, the cruise is suitable in all weathers.
Key facts: 40-minute cruise, timed entry, boarding and disembarking at The Eye Pier only, and the ticket does not include a flight on The London Eye.
Go to The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device; it will be scanned before boarding. Exact admission time is confirmed at checkout and on your voucher.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye Pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes' walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
