About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier and is a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It is an award-winning cruise that shows the city from the water, with views of riverside landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge.

On board, expert guides provide commentary that brings the route to life, and the ticket includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages plus access to The London Eye 4D experience. The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating.

Key facts: Duration 40 minutes. Circular cruise with no stops, boarding and disembarking at The London Eye Pier only. Audio commentary is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Timed entry applies as selected, and the exact admission time will be confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

The cruise ticket does not include a flight on The London Eye. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Please email customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference to book a wheelchair timeslot in advance. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Tube station, about a five-minute walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster is also within easy walking distance.
