About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye and offers a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. This award-winning cruise takes in some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks from the water, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge.

On board, the expert guides provide live commentary with facts about landmarks such as the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the history of the Houses of Parliament. The cruise ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages, plus access to The London Eye 4D experience.

The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. It is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The London Eye Pier only. The price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Key facts: 40-minute duration; timed entry applies and the exact admission time is confirmed at checkout and on your voucher; audio commentary is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under go free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket on paper or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The pier is situated below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby; from there, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.

For accessibility help, disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on board at any one time. To book a wheelchair timeslot in advance, email customer.services@londoneye.com and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.
