The London Eye River Cruise at The London Eye is an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It departs from the pier below the London Eye and offers views of well-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with onboard commentary bringing the route to life.

The cruise ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Infants aged 3 and under go free but still need a ticket, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating.

Before you book

Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Your ticket can be shown on a mobile device or printed, and it will be scanned before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, book in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The London Eye Pier is below the London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes' walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes' walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
