About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise at The London Eye Pier, below the lastminute.com London Eye, is an award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It takes in some of the city’s most familiar riverside landmarks, with expert guides on board to share the history and facts behind the route.

The cruise is a circular journey without stops, boarding and disembarking at The London Eye Pier only. Commentary covers places such as the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the Houses of Parliament, and audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Duration: 40 minutes. Included: souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience. Weather: suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating.

Before you book

Timed entry applies, with the exact admission time confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before your time and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before boarding.

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a reserved ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. There are no refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, email customer.services@londoneye.com in advance and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The pier is situated below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
