About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier at the London Eye. It is an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames, with a circular route from County Hall and back to the same pier.

On board, expert guides provide commentary on riverside landmarks including the Millennium Bridge, the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, alongside facts about the city’s history. Audio commentaries are also available on a first-come, first-served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

The ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience. The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. It does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present it, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be accommodated on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. To arrange a wheelchair timeslot in advance, contact customer services and quote your order reference.
