The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye and is an award-winning circular sightseeing cruise on the Thames. Boarding and disembarking take place at The London Eye Pier only, with no stops along the route.

From the river, the cruise passes landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with expert guides providing commentary as you go. The ticket includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.

Key facts: 40 minutes; timed entry; audio commentaries available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin; suitable in all weathers with covered and sun deck seating.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they still need a ticket.

Your exact admission time is confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding. This cruise ticket does not include a flight on The London Eye.

The pier is situated below the London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes' walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station can also be used by following signs for Westminster Pier from exit one.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. For wheelchair timeslots, email customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference. A maximum of three wheelchairs is allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
