The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier below the London Eye in Westminster. It is an award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise with no stops, taking you past riverside landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge and back to the pier.
On board, expert guides provide commentary with facts about the river and the city’s landmarks. A souvenir guide map is included and is available in seven languages. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Covered and sun deck seating means the cruise is suitable in all weathers.
Key facts: Duration: 40 minutes. Timed entry applies, with the exact admission time confirmed at checkout and on the voucher. The ticket also includes access to The London Eye 4D experience. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a reserved ticket.
Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Every guest, including infants aged 3 years and under, must reserve a ticket. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before boarding.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The cruise is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on board at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. After booking, wheelchair users are advised to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to reserve a timeslot.

The pier is below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about ten to fifteen minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby.
