About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise is an award-winning sightseeing cruise departing from the London Eye Pier. It takes you along the river past central London landmarks, with expert guides bringing the route to life through commentary, facts and stories about places such as the Houses of Parliament, Millennium Bridge and Tower Bridge.

This is a circular cruise with boarding and disembarking at The London Eye Pier only. The ticket includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.

Audio commentary is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin. The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating.

Duration: 40 minutes. Entry: timed entry applies, with the exact admission time confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Family tickets: infants aged 3 and under go free but still need a ticket, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Before you book

Arrival and boarding: Please go to The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Show your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

Ticket rules: The ticket does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Changes and accessibility: There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The cruise is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be on board at any one time. Wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance after booking. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes' walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes' walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby.
