You’ll meet typically 15-20 people during this fun and friendly event.

Each date lasts for just four minutes. The perfect length of time to decide if you’d like to see someone again and not too long if you don’t. It’s a simple and exciting way to meet a lot of other singles in one fun night.

The next day you'll find out who you mutually matched with via our website. You'll get in touch again via our private messaging system and you'll be meeting again for real dates in no time.

The venue is minutes from Oxford Circus Station, a great spot if you want to stay on for drinks or make a night of it.

Important information

The event takes place in the private Undercroft bar. Head down the stairs on arrival to meet our host.

- Doors open 7.00pm

- Event starts 7.30pm

- Speed dating finishes approximately 9.30pm

- Venue closes 12.00am

It’s essential that you arrive before 7.25pm in order to take part. We might not be able to allow entry if you are late.

On arrival

When you arrive at the venue you’ll be greeted by our hosts who will sign you in and allocate you a table. Our host will briefly explain the format of the evening and you’re straight into your first ‘date’.

Girls stay at the same table throughout the evening and guys move around the room.

You’ll have 4 minutes to speed date each participant. We’ve found that 4 minutes is just long enough to find out if you'd like to see someone again but not too long if you don't.

After meeting each person, simply note down if you’d like to see them again before you meet your next date.

We'll have a short break halfway through and you will be able to order drinks at your table throughout the event.

After the event

The speed dating event is over when you have met everybody but this is often when the fun really starts. Most people stay at the bar for a few drinks and get to know the people they liked a little better.

The next day

The next day we'll will email you when the matching system is open. You'll log in to our website and enter your preferences and they people you matched with will display online. Our system allows you to message your matches securely without disclosing your email address.
