It was a glorified food truck stand. It cannot in any definition be called a celebration of Argentinan cuisine and music when there was four food stalls of which only one offered Argentinian traditional food and the other three offered other south American food. The music was bad , it was literally Bad Bunny, he's from Puerto Rico. Thank god it was free because if I paid anything for it I would be asking for a refund. Never again.

Review of SABOR - Argentina

A great event in a great venue and alcohol is sold at really good prices for the location it's in. Good atmosphere

We went around 2pm.  The olace was empty, the food stalls where not Argentine Flavours but one...selling Choripanes (bread&sausage) for £9...ridiculous.  
The ambiance was cero, a few flags and sad tables scattered around.
It look sad and deserted...we entered, walked till the end and back out.  Not even worth the trip from west London with free tick*ts.  Hopefully nobody paid to enter, cause it was not worth an entry fee.  Maybe next year call is Sabores Calientes, open all Latin stalls and serve real Latin Drinks...Pisco Sour, Caipirinhas, Fednet con C**e, Clerico, Chilcano, Singani...
My humble opinion is that the quality of vendors and array should be improved.  Much improved

Just one place for Argentinean food and not much of an atmosphere

Extremely limited food options, very disappointing.

I recently attended your event and overall had a very positive experience. The atmosphere was excellent, welcoming a wide range of age groups, and there was a great variety of food and entertainment options available throughout the venue. It was clear that a lot of effort had gone into creating an enjoyable experience for attendees.

However, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my interaction with one of the site managers. Unfortunately, I found his behaviour to be extremely unprofessional and rude. After a game machine failed to work despite taking payment, I approached him to request a refund and instead of my money back he gave me a drink - which is fair enough. However, my encountered the same situation (out of service machine) and the site manager refused to process the refund, insisting that because the bank transaction was still showing as "pending," he was not required to return the money.

In addition, when my friend asked for his name so that I could make a formal complaint, he refused to provide it. I found this response unacceptable and disappointing, particularly from someone in a managerial position responsible for customer service and resolving issues professionally.

While this incident negatively impacted my experience, I would still like to emphasise that the event itself was otherwise enjoyable and very well organised. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the professionalism and customer service standards of staff handling attendee concerns in the future.
