🔥 Masterclass with Lucas Souza

Lucas Souza is a dancer, choreographer  of the singer Ivete Sangalo and urban dance teacher born and raised in Salvador, Bahia (Brazil) — known as the most African city outside of Africa.

He began his professional training in 2010 (heels dance, jazz funk, hip hop, Bahian swing) and in 2014 opened his first urban dance class. Since then, he has delivered workshops across Brazil, sharing the vibrant energy and cultural depth of Bahia.

In this masterclass, Lucas will bring:

• Authentic Axé choreography

• Bahian swing & musicality

• Performance energy & stage presence

• Cultural immersion through movement

This is more than a dance class — it is a celebration of Afro-Brazilian culture through rhythm, power and expression.

💃 Special Samba Class (All Levels) – 1 Hour 15 Minutes

With Liani – Império da Rainha

The experience continues with an authentic Samba class led by Liani, Passista of the iconic Rio de Janeiro samba school Salgueiro for over 5 years.

Liani represents the heart of Rio Carnaval and currently teaches Samba in London at Pineapple Dance Studios every Wednesday and Friday.

In this 1 hour 15 minute session, you will explore:

• Traditional Rio Samba technique

• Samba no pé foundations

• Musicality & body expression

• Authentic passista style 

Open to all levels — whether you are new to samba or looking to refine your technique.
