About The Smartest Giant in Town

The Smartest Giant in Town is a musical adventure about George, who wishes he was not the scruffiest giant in town. After a visit to a fancy clothes shop, he gets a smart new outfit, including trousers, a shirt, a stripy tie and shiny shoes. He soon finds that being the smartest giant in town comes with an unexpected change of plan when he meets some animals who need his help, and his clothes.

From the award-winning Little Angel Theatre, known for A Sguash and a Squeeze and Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book, and West End producers Fierylight, known for Peppa Pig, Bing, Octonauts and The BFG, this Olivier Award nominated production brings Julia Donaldson’s characters to the stage with puppets, songs and a story about friendship and helping others.

Running time: 55 minutes.

Before you book

This production is suitable for children aged 2 to 8 years old. Babes in arms are allowed, and babes under 12 months sitting on an adult’s lap do not need a ticket. All other patrons do need a ticket for entry.
