About Mermaids & Pirates
Mermaids & Pirates is a 60-minute musical with no interval. The story follows Long Gone Silver and his bumbling pirates as they discover Treasure Island and meet Marina and her mermaids, before the missing Sacred Coconut sends Rita Conchita the singing parrot and her friends into action.
The show features a cast of characters including the Seasick Pirate, a crazy castaway and Isla, Queen of the Island. It combines calypso-infused songs, salsa-styled choreography and comic surprises in a Caribbean setting.
Mermaids & Pirates is a one-hour production that centres on teamwork, courage and the magic of the Caribbean.
Duration: 60 minutes, no interval.
