Before you book

All customers must be aged 18 or over. Photo identification must be provided if requested, and management reserves the right to refuse entry. No stag parties or all-male groups of six or more are permitted.

Talking or any disruptive behaviour is not allowed during the performance. Breaching these conditions may result in ejection from the venue. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, including where entry is refused for lack of photo ID or a customer is ejected for breaching the Behaviour Policy.

If the event is rescheduled, replacement tickets of equivalent value will be offered. If it is cancelled, tickets to alternative events will be offered. Advertised performers are subject to change without notice, and customers will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at booking.
