Before you book

Age and entry: All customers must be over 18 years of age. Photo identification must be provided if requested. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, and no stag parties or all-male groups of six or more are permitted.

Behaviour and tickets: Talking or disruptive behaviour is not permitted during the performance. Breach of the Behaviour Policy, or any behaviour likely to cause disruption, may result in ejection from the venue. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, including where entry is refused for not providing photo ID or a customer is ejected. All advertised performers are subject to change without notice.

If the event changes: If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, customers will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at booking. For rescheduled events, replacement tickets of equivalent value will be offered. For cancelled events, tickets to alternative events will be offered.
