Entry Terms & Conditions

• All customers must be over 18 years of age.
• Photo identification must be provided if requested.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
• No stag parties or all-male groups of six or more are permitted.
• Behaviour Policy applies to all customers. Talking or disruptive behaviour is not permitted during the performance.
• Breach of these conditions or any behaviour likely to cause disruption may result in ejection from the venue.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

• Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, including instances where entry is refused for not providing photo ID or if a customer is ejected for breaching the Behaviour Policy.
• All advertised performers are subject to change without notice.
• If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, customers will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at booking.
• For rescheduled events, replacement tickets of equivalent value will be offered.
• For cancelled events, tickets to alternative events will be offered.
