Shrek London - Standard Experience at Shrek’s Adventure! London is an interactive and immersive walkthrough experience for families. Begin by boarding the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus to Far Far Away, then explore 12 fairy tale themed live shows as you search for the special ingredients needed to find Shrek and make it home safely.

The experience combines actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations, with opportunities to see, hear, touch and smell the adventure along the way. You can also expect photo opportunities and interactive games, with appearances from characters including Cinderella, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po.

This is a walk and ride attraction designed as a live, hands-on story experience rather than a conventional tour.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. The attraction is open every day except Christmas Day. Last tour times are 10am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 11am to 4pm on Thursday; 10am to 6pm on Saturday; and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.

Before you book

This experience is recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride. For health and safety reasons, Shrek’s Adventure! London can admit only 2 wheelchair users per hour. After booking your standard ticket, it is recommended that you book your wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0871 221 2837 or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will receive one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
