Shrek London - Standard Experience at Shrek’s Adventure! London is an immersive walk-and-ride attraction set in Far Far Away. The experience takes you through 12 fairy tale themed live shows, with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations, as you search for Shrek and try to make it home safely.
Along the way, the attraction combines a 4D bus simulation with interactive scenes, photo opportunities and games. It is designed as a family experience and includes opportunities to meet characters such as Cinderella, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po.
The show is described as a one-of-a-kind misadventure with sights, sounds, touch and smell used as part of the experience.
Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. The attraction is open every day except Christmas Day. Last tour times are 10am to 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 11am to 4pm on Thursday; 10am to 6pm on Saturday; and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
This experience is recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, so you can be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and are entitled to one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, and only 2 wheelchair users per hour can be admitted. It is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance by calling 0871 221 2837 or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes away on foot via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
