About Shrek London - Standard Experience

Shrek London - Standard Experience at Shrek’s Adventure! London is an interactive, immersive walkthrough attraction where the whole family journeys through Far Far Away. The experience begins with the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus and moves through 12 fairy tale themed live shows.

Along the way, you collect the special ingredients needed to find Shrek and make it home safely. The attraction combines actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations, with an experience designed to involve sight, sound, touch and smell.

You may meet characters including Cinderella, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po, alongside Donkey’s cheeky commentary.

Key facts: The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes and is open every day except Christmas Day.

Before you book

Age guidance: Recommended for children aged 3-12. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Entry: Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device. Tickets are scanned before the start of the tour.

Changes and refunds: No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about five minutes' walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10-15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride. For health and safety reasons, only 2 wheelchair users per hour can be admitted, and wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0871 221 2837 or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
