Shrek London - Entrance takes place at Shrek’s Adventure! London and is an interactive, immersive walkthrough experience for the whole family. Visitors journey through Far Far Away as part of a story-led attraction that combines walking and ride elements.

The experience includes 12 fairy tale-themed live shows with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations. Along the way, you can meet characters including Cinderella, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po, with opportunities to take photos and join interactive games.

The attraction also features the DreamWorks Tours 4D bus simulation experience, with sensory elements described as part of the adventure. The tours last approximately 75 minutes.

Key facts: Approximate duration 75 minutes. Open every day except Christmas Day. Opening times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 4pm; Thursday 11am to 4pm; Saturday 10am to 6pm; Sunday 10am to 5pm.

Before you book

Recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride. For health and safety reasons, Shrek’s Adventure! London can admit only 2 wheelchair users per hour, and it is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance by calling 0871 221 2837 or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about a five-minute walk, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15-minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster is also nearby; from Westminster station, take exit 1 and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
