Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall is an interactive, immersive walk-and-ride family attraction. Visitors board DreamWorks Tours’ 4D bus to Far Far Away and move through the story in a walkthrough format.
The experience features 12 fairy tale themed live shows with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations. It is designed to be seen, heard, touched and smelled as you make your way through the adventure.
Along the route you visit characters and scenes including Cinderella, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po, with photo opportunities and interactive games along the way.
Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. Shrek’s Adventure! London is open every day except Christmas Day, with last tour times at 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 4pm on Thursday, 6pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.
Age guidance: Recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff for scanning before the start of your tour. E-tickets can be shown printed or on a mobile device.
Accessibility and ticketing: Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride. For health and safety reasons, only 2 wheelchair users can be admitted per hour, so wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0871 221 2837* or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about a five-minute walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also within walking distance. From Waterloo, follow signs for the South Bank. From Embankment or Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
