Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, is an interactive walk-through experience where visitors journey through Far Far Away. The visit begins with the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus and continues through 12 fairy tale-themed live shows.

The attraction combines actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations, with interactive moments, games and photo opportunities along the way. The experience is designed to be seen, heard, touched and smelled as part of the story.

Duration: approximately 75 minutes. Opening times: open every day except Christmas Day; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 4pm last tour, Thursday 11am to 4pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.

Before you book

Recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the tour starts. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will receive one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, subject to proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only 2 wheelchair users can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance after purchase by calling 0871 221 2837* or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
