Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall is an immersive walk-and-ride storytelling experience that takes visitors into Far Far Away. The tour begins with the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus, then moves through a series of live scenes built around the Shrek story world.
The experience includes 12 fairy tale-themed live shows with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations. Along the way, visitors can meet characters and scenes including Cinderella in Shrek’s swamp, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po, with interactive games and photo opportunities throughout.
The attraction is designed as a family experience and uses sound, touch, smell and visual effects to bring the story to life.
Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. Shrek’s Adventure! London is open every day except Christmas Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 4pm; Thursday 11am to 4pm; Saturday 10am to 6pm; Sunday 10am to 5pm.
This experience is recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, and only 2 wheelchair users can be admitted per hour. Once booked, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by calling 0871 221 2837* or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
