Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall is an interactive, immersive walk-and-ride family attraction that follows the search for Shrek through Far Far Away. The experience begins with DreamWorks Tours’ magical flying 4D bus and continues through 12 fairy tale-themed live shows.

Visitors encounter actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations, with interactive games and photo opportunities along the way. The attraction is designed as a hands-on walkthrough, with sights, sounds, touch and smell all part of the experience.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. The attraction is open every day except Christmas Day. Last tour times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 4pm, Thursday from 11am to 4pm, Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

Before you book

Age guidance: Recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Children aged 3 and under are free, but still need a reserved ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Tickets and arrival: Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Accessibility: Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will receive one complimentary helper ticket. The helper ticket should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride. For health and safety reasons, only 2 wheelchair users can be admitted per hour, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest tube station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge.
