Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall is an interactive, immersive walkthrough experience that takes visitors into Far Far Away. This walk-and-ride family attraction includes a DreamWorks Tours 4D bus journey and 12 fairy tale themed live shows with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations.

As you move through the experience, you can encounter characters including Cinderella, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po, with plenty of photo opportunities and interactive games along the way. The adventure is designed to be seen, heard, touched and smelled as part of the storytelling.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. Open every day except Christmas Day. Last tour times are 10am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 11am to 4pm Thursday; 10am to 6pm Saturday; and 10am to 5pm Sunday.

Before you book

Recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but a ticket must still be reserved. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, but only two wheelchair users can be admitted per hour. Once your standard ticket is booked, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by calling 0871 221 2837 or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge.
