Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall is an immersive walk-and-ride family attraction based on the world of Shrek. The experience takes visitors through Far Far Away on the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus, with 12 fairy tale themed live shows along the way.

The attraction combines actors, storytelling, special effects, DreamWorks animations, interactive games and photo opportunities. It is designed as a hands-on adventure where guests follow the search for Shrek and try to collect the ingredients needed to find him and get home safely.

The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. Open every day except Christmas Day. Last tour times are 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 4pm Thursday; 6pm Saturday; and 5pm Sunday.

Before you book

This experience is recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, and due to health and safety reasons only 2 wheelchair users can be admitted per hour. It is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance by calling 0871 221 2837 or 0333 321 2001 and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot via the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
