About London Eye - Standard Experience

London Eye - Standard Experience at the London Eye on the South Bank of the river Thames is a 30-minute ride in the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. Standing 135 metres high, it offers 40 kilometre panoramic views in all directions on a clear day.

Each rotation takes place in one of 32 high-tech glass capsules, with 360-degree views across London. Landmarks visible from the wheel include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.
