London Eye - Standard Experience takes place at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames. At 135 metres, the London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 32 high-tech glass capsules and 360-degree views across London.
From the wheel, you can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the views stretch for up to 40 kilometres in all directions, as far as Windsor Castle.
One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.
Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Please go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before the tour begins.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. For wheelchair visits, it is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time.
