About London Eye - Standard Experience

London Eye - Standard Experience at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames gives you a 30-minute rotation in the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. At 135 metres high, it offers 360-degree views across London from 32 high-tech glass capsules.

From the wheel you can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the view can reach as far as Windsor Castle.

The experience is designed as a straightforward sightseeing visit, with standard entry and timed access at the attraction.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The London Eye has 32 glass capsules and offers panoramic views up to 40 kilometres in all directions on a clear day.
